PACE Ghana works in four main areas:Educational Support: PACE-Ghana provides educational resources, such as community library and school facilities, school materials, and computer labs, for under-resourced communities and provides capacity building and support to develop self-sustaining communities.

Health: PACE-Ghana connects doctors and nurses from Ghana and the U.S. to together enhance the quality of health care in the community, and provides medical resources, facility improvements, and community health education.

Economic: PACE-Ghana partners with community members to provide income-generating opportunities.

Cross-cultural Understanding and Relationships: PACE-Ghana provides opportunities for individuals and groups to live, work and interact with each other in rural communities in Ghana.
